Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase.

If you change your mind for any reason, we’ll gladly accept a return within 30 days of purchase, subject to the following conditions:

- The item(s) must be unworn, in original condition and packaging, with tags attached.
- Your invoice must be provided as proof of purchase.
- Items marked Archive, Final Pieces or Reduced are non-refundable.
- Direct exchanges are only available for Australian customers and are offered on sizes only.

Please Note that Vivi al Ago reserves the right to refuse the return of any items that do not meet return requirements.
You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order for a refund or exchange.
We recommend that an insured traceable method is used to ensure delivery. Vivi al Ago will not be held accountable for any damaged, missing or late incoming deliveries.

RETURN METHOD

- Please read the Vivi al Ago Returns policy to check that your item is eligible for return.
- Print the Vivi al Ago Return Form.
- Pack the item(s) in secure packaging.
- Enclose the invoice received with your order and your fully completed Return Form, stating your choice between size exchange or refund.
- Send package via a prepaid and traceable method to ensure safe and documented delivery to:

Your return will be assessed and if eligible, your refund/exchange will be processed. You will be sent an email notification when this occurs.
Please allow 3-5 working days from the day of processing, for the funds to be deposited into your account.
The refund will be made in the original method of payment used for purchase.

FAULTY ITEMS

We apologise if an item you have received is faulty. All our products are quality checked before dispatch.
Please email us at hello@vivi-al-ago.com with an image of the fault, along with your proof of purchase.
We have a 6 week faulty claims period which excludes general wear and tear.
We can offer repair, replacement or refund options. 

INCORRECT ITEMS

We apologise if an item you received is not what you ordered.
